She revolutionised The Hoxton. Now she’s here to lead our Aparthotel division. And we’re delighted. Welcome Olivia Immesi.
Olivia joined the Native team in early 2021 to run the aparthotel and serviced apartments portfolio. She joined with over 20 years of hospitality experience, most recently as General Manager of The Curtain Hotel and Members Club.
Olivia’s hospitality career started in hotel operations, moving into Sales & Marketing in Austin, US, where she fell in love with hospitality and being part of an industry that is about genuine empathy for others.
Olivia continued her career in London where she successfully launched the original Hoxton as the Director of Sales & Marketing. She then launched Ace Hotel London, the first hotel of the Ace Hotel Group outside the US – as Sales & Marketing Director, eventually promoted to General Manager to run the entire hotel operation.
In her role as Managing Director of Native Aparthotels, Olivia will continue to grow the lifestyle brand and oversee operations, people, culture and strategic development of the business across the UK and into Europe. She is passionate about harnessing existing relationships with the local community, championing diversity within the team and continuing to provide guests with excellent experiences and service.
