Native shortlisted in Property Week Awards 2019

Native are excited to announce that they have been shortlisted in the Entrepreneur of the Year category of this year’s Property Week Awards.

As the UK’s leading, largest and most prestigious annual awards ceremony, the Property Week Awards attract high profile companies across a range of sectors. This year, award categories include the Investment Agency Team of the Year Award, the Developer of the Year Award, the PropTech Innovator of the Year Award and the Placemaking Award and companies involved include Knight Frank, British Land and Legal and General.

The awards give companies the opportunity to showcase the exceptional work they’ve carried out over the past year and Property Week will once again be recognising and rewarding the very best companies, teams and individuals.

The Entrepreneur of the Year Award is aimed at firms or individuals that have demonstrated significant business or financial flair, vision or innovation in any field of UK commercial property. Native focused their own submission on how they’ve pushed boundaries as the leading pioneer of a new breed of luxury, four-star aparthotels in the UK.

In the last year Native have partnered with companies such as Grosvenor, Aviva and CBRE and, by teaming up with a range of boutique F&B operators, fitness, co-working and retail brands, are taking on the leading “destination” hotels such as The Ned and The Hoxton.

Its aparthotel portfolio comprises over 1,000 apartments across a range of new build developments, refurbished period warehouses and offices across the UK including London, Manchester and Glasgow. Rapid expansion is to follow in Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Soho, Covent Garden and Leeds over the next 24 months.

The winners will be announced on the 24th April at Grosvenor House, where the Great Room will be packed to the rafters with the property industry’s finest.

Previous winners of the Entrepreneur of the Year award have included Appear Here, Cain Hoy and Ellandi.Find out more about Native’s aparthotels at nativeplaces.com.
